With 2 d-ring attachment points, the ankle straps are great for laying knee tucks and leg lifts if you don't have access to a pull-up bar or find your grip is the limiting factor and don't care for Hanging Ab Straps (we won't take it personally). Wear them on your wrists to perform shoulder-pumping lateral raises & chest flies on a Cable Tower or a better mind-muscle connection or to work around a hand injury.
