Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack the Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit; ensure all bolts, pins, and accessories are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for heavy equipment.

  Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
